This Privacy Policy explains how GiftCraftly ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit giftcraftly.com, place an order, or communicate with us (together, the "Services"). We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what we need to make and deliver your gift, we protect what you trust us with — especially your photos and personal messages — and we never sell your personal information.
The short version: we use your details to make and ship your order, your uploaded photos and text only ever go to the print partner producing your piece, marketing emails are always optional, and you can ask us to access or delete your data at any time at privacy@giftcraftly.com.

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Gifts for children — a baptism print, a child's name on a keepsake — are purchased and personalized by adults; that information is used only to produce the order, as described in Section 3.
We operate internationally: orders are printed in the US and UK, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
